African Collaborations Group (ACG) is a strategic project origination and collaboration platform dedicated to building bankable sport and entertainment infrastructure ecosystems across Africa.
ACG operates upstream of delivery. They are not a contractor or EPC. Instead, they specialise in early-stage project origination and structured collaboration — convening stakeholders who rarely work together effectively and building credible pathways from concept to feasibility and towards bankability.
They bring together the full stakeholder table required to make complex projects investable and executable, including: governments and PPP authorities, development finance institutions (DFIs), private investors, developers, operators, designers and engineers, legal and transaction advisers, commercial partners, sport federations/leagues, event promoters, media and broadcast partners, academia/research, and host communities.
Their flagship initiative, Victory District™, is a co-creation framework for sport and entertainment districts designed to move beyond “stadium-only” projects by focusing on year-round utilisation, diversified revenue engines, sustainable operations and maintenance, and measurable social and economic outcomes.
ACG’s mission is to deliver replicable proof-of-concept models that reduce friction for governments and investors and unlock a scalable pipeline of investable projects across African markets.
