Created by decree n° 2021-325 of June 30, 2021, the Technical Education Development Agency (ADET) is responsible for the coordination, implementation, supervision and monitoring of all projects and programs relating to the National Strategy for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).

ADET collaborates with public and private, national or international structures whose activities contribute to the accomplishment of its mission.

It has a General Directorate responsible for the implementation of projects and programs contributing to the National Strategy.
