Returning to the web, we intend to meet the triple challenge of efficiency, accessibility and especially availability to meet the many requests that the Agency, strategic structure of development at the base, is the object.

- To receive and to allocate to Territorial Collectivities the subsidies destined to the realization of their investments, malady under their control of work;
- Ensure equalization between grants, taking into account the degree of community development, here according to criteria defined by the government;
- Assist the Territorial Communities to develop local services rendered to their citizens through the construction of equipment;
- Encourage the Territorial Communities to develop the mobilization of their own financial resources;
- Guarantee the loans contracted by the Territorial Communities for the financing of their investments;
- Ensure the financial and accounting management of the National Fund for Support to Territorial Communities (FNACT).

- Guarantee the financing of a minimum of basic equipment of basic social equipment and productive equipment registered in the Program of Economic and Social Development of communities
