ANSUT is a dynamic national agency dedicated to the digital transformation of Côte d'Ivoire and the promotion of equitable access to telecommunications services. We work under the leadership of the Ministry in charge of the Digital Economy. The agency was created with Decree No. 2012-949 of September 26, 2012 relating to the organization and operation of ANSUT, in its article 2.

MISSION:

Develop specifications for Universal Telecommunications/ICT Service programs

Ensure the implementation of Universal Telecommunications/ICT Service programs on behalf of the State

Ensure financing of Universal Telecommunications/ICT Service programs

Ensure the management of investment operations financed by the State in the field of telecommunications/ICT

Ensure, on behalf of the State, the management and rehabilitation of real estate assets serving as an operating framework for the telecommunications sector.
