SERVICES
Policy analysis and economic studies. Agrifood Consulting International has conducted numerous policy analysis studies. These include policy analyses of public expenditure review, analysis of agriculture science and technology, trade distortions and the development of food safety systems.
Market research and value chain analysis. Agrifood Consulting International staff has developed expertise in the analysis of agricultural value chains through research activities in various countries. The main focus of the studies consists in understanding the structure, governance, and innovation strategies of value chain stakeholders and finding alternative solution to the integration of smallholder farmers, small and medium enterprises, and the poor with value chains.
Agribusiness Development. Agrifood Consulting International has been involved in a number of projects related to Agribusiness Development, Agroindustry, and Postharvest Systems in Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Madagascar, Myanmar, Nepal, and Vietnam. Key staff of the company has led the preparation of agribusiness development projects varying between $30 and $300 million.
Financial and economic analysis of investments. Agrifood Consulting International has undertaken both private sector investment analysis and sector investment feasibility studies to guide the decisions of private companies, development agencies, and governments.
