Aguas Santafesinas is a state-owned company that was incorporated as a public limited company on February 8, 2006 with the objective of providing potable water and sewerage in fifteen cities of the Province of Santa Fe : Rosario, Santa Fe, Rafaela, Villa Gobernador Gálvez, San Lorenzo, Rufino, Cañada de Gómez, Firmat, Casilda, Funes, Captain Bermúdez, Baigorria Grenadier, Gálvez, Esperanza y Reconquista. Through the Central West Aqueduct, 12 new cities are supplied by ASSA as a wholesale supplier. The company is governed by the Law on Commercial Companies whose largest shareholder is the State of the Province of Santa Fe with 51% of the share capital, followed by the Municipalities that are part of the concession with 39%, and 10% The rest correspond to the employees of the company through the Participated Property Program.
