About the Foundation

In memory of the late Sheikh Ahmad bin Zayed Al Nahyan and in confirmation of the continuity of goodness and philanthropy deeds which he had given his utmost attention, and following the example of generous giving and kindnesses to the impoverished, the needy, the sick and students, Ahmad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation for charitable and humanitarian works has been established under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior. From its headquarters in the city of Al Ain, the Foundation programs of philanthropy serve the public good.

Objectives

Ahmad Bin Zayed Foundation aims at contributing to charitable and humanitarian works through selected programs and activities, all of which aim at identifying the priorities for charitable and humanitarian work to ensure maximum benefit from the contributions of the Foundation which is named after the late Sheikh Ahmad bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
