Alb Building, Ltd. was founded in 1994 with the express purpose of creating a world class construction company to meet the growing needs of the Republic of Albania to rebuild its existing infrastructure, to add new infrastructure and to create the housing units for a population that was denied adequate housing options for nearly fifty years.

Today, Alb Building Ltd., a privately held limited liability company, has achieved its initial objectives of having undertaken significant, successful projects in it major field of endeavor.  The Company’s turnover for the last five years has increased over 1000% reaching a total of 2,600,000,000 Albanian Lek  in 2010 with business plans to increase a turnover with 10 %  by 2011.

The Company has annually reinvested it earnings in expanding both its plant and equipment to meet the needs of its projects and its clients.  It owns one of the few asphalt plants in Albania and maintains an extensive equipment storage and maintenance facility.

Alb Building is proud of the professional relationships that it maintains with international constructors and constructors that operate in Albania and has the teaming philosophy to work as a subcontractor under major, experienced foreign companies.  To demonstrate its commitment to being a world class construction company.  The Company maintains strong relationships within the Albanian government with all Ministries that have an impact on infrastructure and housing development in the Republic.
