ABOUT THE FUND

ALFI WIND FUND I, Alternative Investment Fund, is defined as an alternative investment fund for investments in renewable energy sources , given the complexity or characteristics of the investments in which it invests its assets . The Fund invests in companies that own wind farms in operation or development in the territory of the target region, which includes the following countries: Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Northern Macedonia. The fund's strategy is focused on activities that enable the realization of the maximum possible price for the sale of investments, which includes financing further development and initial works (investments), talks with potential electricity customers, talks with potential bank financiers, etc.

In managing the fund's assets, we also follow the general goals of sustainable development , and given the scope and characteristics of operations in the selection and management of investments, we take into account the detrimental effects of investment decisions on sustainability factors.
