Specializing in the production of high quality sugar and the export of power, Almoiz Industries Limited endeavors to work as efficiently as possible, employing modern methods and best practices which are safe and healthy for the environment while bearing the interests of all their stakeholders. Due to water scarcity and the chances of increasing the annual factory running time, it has proven worthwhile to consider an integrated beet & cane processing in sub-tropical regions such as DI Khan, Pakistan. The concept of the project is based on the fact that the mill runs for a longer period of time being a multiple feedstock unit (sugarcane and sugar beet). As a dynamic processing facility, Almoiz has proven to be highly efficient, producing surplus fuel (excess bagasse) during sugarcane crushing season to cater the need for sugar beet slicing season.
The Almoiz plant is a state of the art process and power house with a mill capacity of 8000 TCD (Sugarcane) and 6500 TSD (Sugarbeet) and power house capacity of 35 MW. The power house is designed by renowned technical specialists and has the capability of producing 15MW surplus electricity, thus opening doors for future investments.
Steel is considered as one of the major materials used for infrastructural development throughout the world. Almoiz Steel being the steel producer of billet has a state-of-the-art Steel Melt Shop Plant situated in D I Khan district of KPK, , which located at 26 Km, Chashma Road, D I Khan. Their Plant has a capacity of producing 180 tons of billets of sizes ranging from 100 x 100 mm sq to 130mm x 130mm sq.

They purchase high-quality recycled imported steel scrap that conforms to international standard and charge it through vibratory feeders. The continuous casting machine is the heart of the steel melt shop where their semi-finished product (billet) is made. The CCM consisting of two strands is PLC based. Sequence casting services are available 24 hours a day.
