ALPINE PEACE CROSSING – Charity for refugee support (APC) is a civic, independent and non- profit social and peace initiative, founded by Ernst Loeschner in 2007 under the patronage of the State presidents of Austria and Italy, Heinz Fischer and Giorgio Napolitano. It is based on a long forgotten Jewish exodus over the Austrian Alps near Krimml (Salzburg) in 1947 and is dedicated to refugees worldwide.

APC’s team consists of the board of directors, the general secretary, the advisory board, and select ordinary members.
