Alternative Consulting is a young and rapidly growing consultancy company established in Belgrade by consultants capitalizing on their long experience on public aid funded projects in South East Europe as well as other regions, such as CIS, Africa and South East Asia.

 

Alternative Consulting is specialized in government consulting and is currently implementing numerous assignments under EC funding to support SEE countries’ institutions undertaking reforms as well as adapting the local legislation to the EU acquis.

 

Alternative Consulting focuses on strengthening governmental organizations, as well as enhancing their human capital.  The company also provides its partners with a good knowledge of the SEE countries legal and administrative constraints.
