AltGen is proud of the role we have played in Renewable Energy in Africa since 2012, through providing the human resources and knowledge needed for our clients to successfully execute their mandates where our team has played a leading role in providing a range of people-orientated services to businesses, governments, NGOs and educational institutions.

Services range from assisting with utility scale operations to formulating HR strategies as well as assisting recent graduates across Africa find jobs. We have entities in Nairobi, Kenya, Ebène Cybercity, Mauritius and Cape Town, South Africa, and operate across both francophone and anglophone African countries and we are rapidly extending our services to the global community.

AltGen Recruitment was incorporated in South Africa in 1997 and now consists of three complimentary divisions which cover the three stages of job creation in the energy space. Our complimentary divisions which effectively feed insights into the services we offer include; Consulting, Recruitment and Employment Services.
