About

The Arab Federation for Libraries and Information (AFLI) is the largest professional body representing the interests of library and information services in the Arab World. It is an independent, non-governmental and not-for-profit. The federation was founded in 1986 in Tunisia.

The aim of AFLI is to bring approximately 450 participants from numerous Arab countries to uphold the field of librarianship and information science. The conference is the combined efforts of AFLI and Tunisian National Library.
