About

The Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) is one of the largest industrial organizations in Egypt.It is State-owned and enjoys an international status that gives it complete flexibility in decision-making. AOI strategies are drawn by a Supreme Committee whose Chairman is the President of Egypt and whose membership comprises several Cabinet ministers. It was established in 1975 for creating technology-based industries in the Arab World. The AOI Higher Committee is chaired by the President of Egypt.

Activity Fields

AOI operations include both military and civil activities, fulfilling the requirements of the Armed Forces of Egypt, Arab States and friendly countries. It also supports societal development plans, with emphasis on infrastructure, ecological protection and railway projects

Capabilities

The latest industrial technologies and advanced laboratory equipment in support of engineering industries. more than 15,000 skilled workers trained at AOI centers as well as many specialized institutes inside Egypt and abroad
