Archidata is a consultancy and technical assistance provider focused upon two sectors: the Public Administration (Governments, Regions, Central and Local Institutions) and Public utilities and private enterprises.
Archidata was born in 1986 as a consortium of companies and in December 2005 has become a limited liability company focusing its activities in the field of consulting to the PA and assistance on European Union Programs. In its work Archidata employs a strongly motivated project team used to operate in critical conditions.

1. TECHNICAL ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE
Technical assistance to PA for the management, monitoring and evaluation of the Structural Funds of the European Community. Support to strategic programming, financial planning, management, programmes and interventions control.
2. MONITORING AND EVALUATION
Financial, physical and procedures monitoring. Operational Support and technical advice for the design, implementation and management of monitoring systems. Monitoring indicators identification and test. Reporting models and management instrumental panels.
3. CONTROLS
Procedure models and control flows. Control operative tools (check lists, control minutes, control recording), designed by Archidata and customized for the different control areas and typology. Sampling methodologies and techniques, control and processes mapping, risk analysis, gap analysis.
4. E-GOVERNMENT AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
Analysis, simplification and computerization of processes and informative flows to increase efficiency of each administration. Design and implementation of information and access portals for public services. Knowledge management. Design and implementation of decision support systems and advanced reporting systems
5. INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS
Support to internationalization activities. Creation of partner networks. Promotion of best practices and Italian projects in the European and international area.
INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS
Archidata carries out in different European countries Technical Assistance projects to support Government and Regional Bodies in the Structural Funds management. This activity is brought out by a constant engagement in networking and knowledge sharing, oriented to increase attractiveness and competitiveness of Italian projects at international level and to start in different European Union countries, especially in the ones that recently joined EU, cooperation and knowledge projects, methodologies and tools transfer projects.
