For over 25 years, ASC Process Systems has become the industry leading supplier andmanufacture of autoclaves and control systems foraerospace composites industry.

They build all of their own autoclave pressure vessels, whether it's an in-house fabrication or field fabrication effort. In their facility, they can build up to 17 ft. diameter x 150 ft. long. For field fabrication they can build up to 32 ft. diameter and hundreds of feet long.

They have turning rolls and sub-arc welding machine capacity with capacity to build up to 15 concurrent vessels.

Their pressure vessels are designed and certified to ASME, PED, China, JIS, and other codes. They are also NQA-1 certified for design and fabrication of nuclear autoclaves.

ASC has more than twenty (20) full-time certified welders working on pressure vessel fabrication.
