Asia Conflict and Security (ACAS) Consulting Ltd is the Asian member of the International Conflict and Security (INCAS) Consulting (Mata) family.  

Its sister organizations are ECAS Consulting Ltd. (United Kingdom) and WACAS Consulting Ltd. (Nigeria).  Together they form a regional consulting group that brings together over 50 recognised experts to implement assignments on the conflict, security, and investment nexus.

Their experts are selected not only for their qualifications and experience, but also on their track-record in delivering well to clients – and their ability to work with others. Fundamentally, they are a group of hands-on experts who enjoy their work.  

Since their establishment in 2003, the group has implemented over 150 assignments in over 25 war-affected/fragile areas.  Over 80% of their work is through word-of-mouth – and they only occasionally bid for assignments that are of particular interest to them.  Their client base involves over 35 multinational companies, governments, foundations, and inter-governmental organizations.

Each year, ECAS and WACAS implement up to 10 team assignments each (and they expect ACAS to do the same) – depending on what the partners find interesting. ACAS will be launched later this year and registered in Hong Kong.
