The Association of Workers and Technicians without Borders ATTsF was born in 2003 as a Non-Governmental Organization with a clear mandate set forth in article 2 of its Statutes: “Cooperation and assistance in countries and places in need working in all fields that could be achieved to solve the problems of each place ”.
