The Estoreña Association for Integral Development –AEPDI- works to build a culture of solidarity centered on the person and on the need to achieve better and more dignified conditions of life, work, freedom and social participation for all.

AEPDI is committed to supporting education and training, in its broad sense of raising capacities, as the engine of a development that generates wealth and social prominence, especially towards children and youth.

AEPDI, considers the priority and protagonism of women in development processes indisputable.

Especially with communities of Indigenous Peoples on the preeminence of their individual and collective human rights and access to Guatemalan justice to affirm their identity and be a protagonist of their own development in equality, fair conditions and opportunities to maintain and strengthen their own institutions, culture and traditions.

VISION: Promote the participation, leadership and representation of the Maya Q'eqchi 'people, at the local, regional, national and international levels through their ancestral worldview and the organization that guarantees access to justice, peace, democracy and reconciliation with equity and gender equality, for integral development, consolidating the construction of a State of Law where the peoples affirm their identity and political will with multiculturalism and interculturality.

MISSION: AEPDI, is an organization for development, which seeks the transformation of social processes in Q'eqchi 'communities for the full participation of the population through policies and strategies, also enhancing the capacity for advocacy, lobbying, negotiation and representation before the powers of the State; international organizations and national-transnational companies.
