The A ssociation F raining D evelopment R uralite ( AFDR ) is a recognized association under No. 2001/010 / MATD / PYTG / HC / SG / DAAP of 9 May 2001, philanthropic, non-denominational and non-profit. It has its headquarters in Tangaye and an office in Ouahigouya.

Since December 2010, AFDR has become a national association with the receipt N ° 2010-755 / MATD / SG / DGLPAP / DOASOC of December 24, 2010 from the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Decentralization.

The AFDR wants to be a melting pot of "developers" to meet the concerns of development stakeholders to strengthen human capital to meet the new challenges of rural areas: food insecurity, illiteracy, disease, poverty.
