Legal regime

Association for the promotion and defense of human rights and fundamental freedoms, apolitical, non-profit, created on June 9, 1991, registered on July 18, 1991 and authorized to operate on June 29, 1992.

Vision and description

Become one of the non-state organizations that will have contributed to making Chad a state where human rights are better respected, better governance practiced, fundamental freedoms guaranteed and citizens know their rights and duties.

  • Provide training for citizens;
  •  Denounce human rights violations;
  •  Defend citizens when their rights are violated: 
  • Put pressure and act on public administration and citizens so that they work for the advent of the rule of law; 
  • Become professionals by the quality of our interventions, our results and the impact of our work
