Created in April 2011, the Association Tizi N'Oucheg Pour le Développement contributes to the development of the village by participating in economic, social and cultural projects. Very respected by the community, the members of the association succeed in involving all the inhabitants of Tizi'N'Oucheg in the development of their village and in decision-making.
