History
Fruit of the merger between Messrs. ELECSOL and ATESOL, founded in 1979 and specializing in the distribution of solar photovoltaic material, APLICACIONES TÉCNICAS DE LA ENERGÍA, S.L. (ATERSA) was born in 1983.
Ever since it began, ATERSA has developed, manufactured and commercialised all the components required for the configuration of a solar photovoltaic system through their own production lines in Valencia and sales offices in Madrid and Valencia.
The first projects developed by ATERSA include the installation and start-up of numerous photovoltaic systems for the supply of electricity for navigation beacons, telecommunication repeaters, rural electrification, water pumps and public lighting systems, among many other applications.
At their factory at Almussafes (Valencia) with over 20,000 sqm m² and at their various headquarters, ATERSA employ almost 200 qualified professionals and a production capacity of 344 MW is planned.
ATERSA, a subsidiary of the Elecnor Group, currently provides highly specialized engineering and supplies the best integral solutions for solar systems at national and international projects, offering a technology that takes advantage of renewable and clean energy that the Sun puts at our disposal every day.
