GOVERNMENT SERVICES

They provide workforce augmentation, intelligence support services, training, and other services to the US Government as a Prime and Subcontractor.  Their capture management team has a proven track record of writing winning proposals and task orders. They have a dedicated recruitment team and a pool of over 500 highly qualified, cleared professionals that they can rapidly deploy around the world on short notice.

Their curriculum design team has developed an extensive library of exportable training curriculums and Programs of Instruction (POIs), both for use in the US and abroad. Their teaching methodology combines platform instruction with scenario and role-player exercises.  They also provide embedded “on-the-job” mentoring and train-the-trainer programs.

Their mature business processes reflect years of experience in the highly-regulated market of US government contracting.  When it comes to project management and compliance, they utilize cutting edge IT architecture to ensure competitive rates and accountability.

CAPACITY BUILDING

RISK MANAGEMENT

MARKET ENTRY

They design new Public Private Partnership project concepts, and offer market entry assistance to companies seeking to expand into new regions. They operate worldwide, with a special focus on the fast growing “Lion” economies of East Africa. They help mitigate risks by providing regional expertise, understanding of commercial regulations, and facilitating the necessary governmental and commercial contacts.

They also help local businesses bid on US government tenders by helping to write winning proposals and assisting the local company to understand and manage the US government’s complex compliance requirements.

They provide program management and quality assurance for USG-funded projects, utilizing tested partnerships with some of the most capable and vetted local companies.

CAMP OPERATIONS

They build, staff, and manage camps in the most austere environments.  They provide lodging and life-support services to facilitate the work of government, NGO, journalists, and commercial visitors in these areas.  Despite the difficult conditions in which we build and operate camps, they utilize innovative supply chain management and asset tracking systems to ensure continuity of operations.

They currently provide turn-key accommodations and services for 60 guests at Camp Kismayo, located adjacent to the new airport in Kismayo, Somalia.
