Ayala Healthcare Holdings, Inc. (AC Health) was established in June 2015 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Ayala Corporation.

Through Generika and FamilyDOC, they are building a retail health network providing last-mile access for more Filipinos.

In addition, they are also investing in health technology platforms, such as MedGrocer, an FDA-licensed e-Pharmacy and delivery service, and Vigos Health Technologies, their in-house health technology group. Through these platforms, they aim to improve efficiency, enable integration, and leverage the power of data analytics.
