About

Ba Ria Vung Tau Development Investment Fund (BVDIF) is a state-owned financial institution, founded on November 11th, 2013 by the People’s Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province, Vietnam. BVDIF’s function is financial and development investment. The fund’s legal capital is VND 500 billion which is equivalent to USD 23.466 million.

With capital infused by the provincial government and raised from variety of sources, BVDIF shall invest in projects that channeled towards socio-economic development of the province as well as promising cost recovery. Also the invested projects must be in accordance with List of priority investment sectors approved by the People’s Committee of the province.

BVDIF’s long term objective is to become one of the leading provincially-owned investment funds in Vietnam.
