Bacon Factory Films was established by Director, Dean Gibson, in 2013.
As an Indigenous film-maker with more than ten years’ experience, Dean is passionate about sharing stories through digital media.
Bacon Factory Films comes with plenty of enthusiasm and spirit – but with the experience to deliver your project to a high standard. Dean’s work has screened on ABC3, ABC1, SBS and NITV, with his latest major works include being the co-creator and co-director of ABC3 series, Handball Heroes and directing two segments for the Sesame Street Workshop.
From multi-million dollar campaigns for Federal Government and major corporations, to grass-roots content in remote Indigenous communities, Dean has the ability to tell a yarn at every level.
Working in media and communications is Vanessa. She has been working as a breakfast radio journalist since 2006 and shares the passion for telling stories. Fast turnarounds, attention to detail, high standards and delivering to the audience are at the heart of her work.
