The Statute , beyond its overall compliance with the form prescribed by law, has some peculiarities that mark the specificity of Banca Etica since its founding charter.

The strong and widespread participation of shareholders in the bank's share capital and democratic decision-making processes of the Assembly , helped develop an original organizational structure which is expressed in the integration between associative structure (based on four geographical areas) and operating structure (composed by Branches, Bankers Ambulanti and Headquarters).

Mandatory bodies, voluntary bodies and territorial organization of the members contribute, together with the connecting structures, to determine the associated diagram of Banca Etica.
