Created in 2018, the Banque des Territoires is one of the five businesses of the Caisse des Dépôts. It brings together in a single structure internal expertise for the territories.

As a single customer gateway, it offers tailor-made loan and investment advice and financing solutions to meet the needs of local communities, social housing organizations, local public enterprises and legal professionals. It is aimed at all territories, from rural areas to metropolitan areas, with the ambition to fight against social inequalities and territorial fractures.

The Banque des Territoires is deployed in the 16 regional offices and the 35 regional offices of the Caisse des Dépôts in order to be better identified with its customers and as close as possible to them. 

The mission of the Banque des Territoires is to provide solutions as quickly as possible to its customers, so that the territories are more sustainable, more connected, more inclusive and more attractive. It supports large innovative projects in all regions. It also promotes solidarity between territories, by supporting projects that help organize the essential interactions between metropolitan areas, medium-sized towns and rural areas.

More responsive, closer to the field, the Banque des Territoires is committed to being simpler with a single point of contact for each client in the region, closer to regional offices or directly on the internet, more united to support all regions, resolutely optimistic to bring all projects to life.
