In 1995 the civil society RUBINSZTEIN & GUILLÉN was founded in Asunción. The social contract was registered in the register of legal entities and associations of the General Directorate of Public Registries on August 23, 1995.

In 1997, he took over the correspondence of the international firm BDO INTERNATIONAL, and since 2000 he has been a member of the company for the entire Republic of Paraguay.

The modifications of the civil society named RUBINSZTEIN & GUILLÉN to BDO AUDITORES CONSULTORES, was carried out on August 6, 2010, registered in the register of legal entities and associations of the General Directorate of Public Registries.
