Beyond Limits draws on owner Dr. Samantha Mathis’ personal background as a retired enlisted Royal Navy Reservist and Royal Air Force officer with more than 25 years of experience in the defense, development, and diplomatic sectors. This experience includes delivering leadership and management development interventions, and coaching and mentoring teams and individuals in the I/NGO, government, and private sectors.
