Bildungswerk BAU Hessen-Thüringen eV is an educational service provider in the construction industry with a high level of expertise in the areas of construction technology, construction machinery engineering, piping and plant construction, metal and plastic joints, construction management, occupational safety and environmental technology.

Throughout Germany, but especially in Thuringia and Hesse, companies and employees of these industries value their experience, their innovative strength and the excellent quality of their education. Members of the association include the construction industry association Hessen-Thüringen eV, the IG BAU and various construction guilds. The headquarters of the association is Erfurt. Their modern education and training centers are located in Erfurt, Frankfurt, Gera, Nordhausen, Walldorf and Weimar.
