The main purpose of the BPO Council is to work with key stakeholders to create Brand Awareness for Fiji on the Global stage as the Preferred Outsourcing Destination and to assist the Industry become a major employer in the Fijian economy.

Who They Are
The Council currently comprises of active members involved in Voice Technology, Call Center Operations, Back Office Operations, Airline Reservations, Worldwide Freight Shipping, Building and Infrastructure, Government,Insurance, Banking & Finance, Debt Collection, Virtual Human Resource and Telecommunication.
Where Are They Now?
Today, Fiji has several contact centres providing outsourcing services for well known brands across the globe and is continuing to grow.
Currently the BPO industry provides employment to over 4000 Fijians with potential to increase to over 10,000 in the next couple of years.
With English as the main language, having a well educated workforce that have customer service in their DNA and having a robust infrastructure Fiji has a service offering that is competitive with other countries.
