Created in 1989, the BIEF is an international consulting and technical assistance firm working for businesses and governments, in education systems, and NGOs. It consists of a multicultural team of thirty high-level experts.
The initial field of intervention of BIEF - engineering education and training - has expanded in recent years to other aspects of human resource management, including skills development and project management .
BIEF intervenes in six languages: French, Dutch, English, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese.
