The International Bureau of Management and Assistance (BIGA) was born of the will of a Burkinabe expert ( Mr BADOH ), specialist in management and monitoring and evaluation of projects. It has evolved over fifteen (15) years in the implementation of development projects and programs in Africa.

The International Bureau of Management and Assistance (BIGA) was created in order to enhance this experience and bring together all the energies around the ideal of development at the grassroots level. BIGA proposes to accompany the African states towards the tireless quest for development.
