Burton Rands Associates LLC is a small, woman-owned business. We concentrate on security sector reform, training and development. We hold prime contracts with the US Department of State as well as contracts in support of USAID, the UK Department for International Development (DFID) and NGOs. We have considerable expertise in program management including the deployment of personnel to work oversees in austere and sometimes hostile environments. Our understanding of these environments enables us to provide the very best support for our personnel which is what ultimately sets us apart. Founded in 2006 the company has focused on Africa; however, our principals have worked and managed personnel in the Middle East, Central America and South East Asia.
