Their Story
While most people remember Y2K as the year of a potential computer crisis, they look back at the turn of the century and see their beginnings.

In those early years, they ran their onsite training business with nothing more than a laptop, cell phone, a dial-up connection, and a desire to bring high-energy soft-skills training to the marketplace.

As time moved on and technology advanced, so did they. Over the last decade, Business Training Works has grown to include a large library of training courses and a network of skilled trainers and workshop leaders who facilitate programs ranging from leadership development to creativity and critical thinking skills.

In addition to their onsite training business, their practice now includes culture consulting, change management consulting, coaching, and assessment administration.
