The National Chamber of Customs Brokers - CNDA is a non-profit civil law association, founded in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, on May 1, 1977, with legal personality recognized by Supreme Resolution No. 190070 of May 9 1979, currently protected by articles 21.4 and 52 of the Political Constitution of the State.

The National Chamber of Customs Brokers, is made up of collective persons constituted by the Regional Chambers already created and those that may be created in the future.

The National Chamber of Customs Brokers is affiliated with the Association of Professional Customs Agents of the Americas (ASAPRA), Confederation of Private Entrepreneurs of Bolivia (CEPB), and depending on its interests it may affiliate with other national and international entities and organizations related.

According to the provisions of the Statute of the National Chamber of Customs Brokers, among its objectives are:

1. Exercising the representation and defense of the interests of the affiliated Chambers and, from there, of the Customs Brokerage and Brokerage Agencies.
2. Unify the Regional Chambers and, through them, all authorized Customs Brokers (legal representatives of Customs Brokers) and the Customs Brokers associated with the Regional Chambers.
3. Promote the diversification of the activities of the Customs Broker, stimulate and enhance their functions and ensure their prestige and professional dignity.
4. Jointly assist its affiliates in faithful compliance with tax, customs and applicable regulations.
5. Act as a friendly composer in disputes that arise between its affiliates, Dispatchers and / or third parties, when required.
6. Make technical publications of general information and dissemination of its activities.
7. Promote the improvement and technical-scientific updating of Customs Brokers through conferences, courses, seminars, forums, debates, workshops and others.
