Cambodian Youth Network (CYN) was founded in 2009 as a student and rural youth network with the aim to increase youth participation and civic engagement in Cambodia. CYN is a member-based organization and currently has more than 2500 members who are university students in Phnom Penh and rural youth who are living around Prey Lang forest, specifically in Kratie, Kampong Thom, Stueng Treng, Preah Vihear, and Areng community in Koh Kong province. CYN aims to provide skills-sharing and knowledge-building opportunities to youth groups, members and activists, as well as build networks in order to put youth issues on political agendas. CYN is also organizing and mobilizing youth to participate in the promotion and protection of human rights, youth's interest and natural resource rights in Cambodia.

Cambodian youths are empowered, able to exercise full rights and freedom, and live with dignity in a democracy society.
Mission
CYN empowers Cambodian youth by building capacity, developing networks and supporting their advocacy for good governance, social justice, respect for human rights, decent job, and sustainable use of natural resources.
