In 1988, professionals from the city of Santa Fe decided to venture into the construction sector. Since then they have built more than 400,000 m2 under construction, consolidating itself as one of the main construction companies in the region.

In its more than 30 years of experience, Capitel has specialized mainly in the project, construction, direction and management of residential buildings, commercial premises and garages in the cities of Santa Fe, Rosario, Paraná and Córdoba; actively working in the central region of the country, achieving a process of uninterrupted growth and constantly exceeding the objectives set.
