Carbine Construction Company, Inc. was formed as a corporation in 1972 with Eugene R. Carbine having served as CEO of the company since that time.  In January, 1996, the ownership of Carbine Construction was passed onto his son, Russell L. Carbine.  Under careful guidance, Carbine Construction Company has maintained one catalyst throughout the past years.
