Care For Children’s vision is to see children across the globe moved from institutional care into loving families. They partner with governments to help create a positive alternative to institutional care through local family-based care for disadvantaged children.

What They Do: They serve governments to help them place orphans and vulnerable children into local, loving families in their community (fostering and adoption).

Where They Work: Care For Children’s flagship project was established in China in 1998. Since then, they have launched new projects in Thailand (2012), Vietnam (2017), and Cambodia (2021), and continue to expand with a global vision.

Who They Are: Care For Children’s team is made up of child welfare and international development experts, with project support offices in the UK, USA, and Hong Kong.
