The Caribbean Sport and Development Agency (CSDA), is committed to the development of individuals and communities through Sport and Physical Education within the Caribbean region. CSDA is recognized as the leading Sport for Development Agency in the Caribbean region and has supported Sport for Development initiatives in thirteen (13) Caribbean territories.
CSDA serves as a regional hub for sport for development initiatives in the Caribbean, and has worked in collaboration with many local, regional and international agencies, including the Australian Sports Commission, UNITED WAY TT, CARICOM, UNICEF, Commonwealth Games Association of Canada, OCASPE, CANOC, Regional Sports Academy (Suriname), UWI, UTT, Government Departments of Youth, Sport and Education, and other Sport and Development stakeholders.
The organization specializes in enhancing capacity of personnel and organizations responsible for in-country implementation of Sport for Development programs. CSDA is also committed to advancing Sport for Development knowledge and practice through research.
