Caroline helps organizations improve performance by helping people to improve their communication skills. She has worked for large organizations in the private and public sectors, like Pedigree Petfoods, Sainsbury’s, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Department for Work and Pensions, plus educational establishments like Brasenose College and Roehampton University and charities like Cancer Research UK and Sightsavers.
Caroline runs workshops, seminars, and training programmes and often acts as a facilitator and conference chair. She also coaches and mentors on a team and one to one basis. Her most recent book is the PR Professional’s Handbook (Kogan Page 2014) and was the programme consultant and presenter of the Community Channel’s Voluntary Matters 4, a series of documentaries on communications for the voluntary sector.
She holds professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and an approved Chartered Institute of Public Relations trainer and an accredited celebrant for the British Humanist Association.
