Since 2009 we have been represented at Bexbach (Saarland State), where we run our headquarters and at Aachen with our subsidiary near RWTH Aachen University.
Our primary aim is not only to develop customized solutions for our clients, but also to guide through the process of operational implementation.
Our solutions are the result of a successful team work of our experts from different disciplines (safety and mining engineers, organizational psychologists, industrial sociologists, experts on occupational safety, communication experts), senior executives from the industry and academics. Many of our consultants speak English and French.
We can offer you a wide range of training opportunities. Our course itinerary currently represents around 60 seminars on topics from occupational safety, health and environmental protection to issues of corporate and personal development.
At our locations Bexbach and Aachen there are spacious and modern equipped seminar rooms. Our certified business coaches also offer coaching of professionals and managers in the form of individual personnel development measures.
With our 15 salaried and a pool of more than 20 external consultants we can carry out large-scale projects successfully. Quality guidance in all sub-processes is an essential part of our philosophy. We are certified to ISO 9001.
