Today, SEST Infrastructure Consulting LLC is a national consulting company engaged in professional consulting activities related to the planning, preparation and integrated implementation of international investment projects in the areas of housing and communal services (water supply, sanitation, heat supply), energy and energy efficiency, transport infrastructure, circulation solid municipal waste, including economic and environmental assessment of projects.
In the Russian market and in the CIS countries, the Company began to work actively in 1993. In the early years, activities were carried out through the Moscow Representative Office of KOVIconsult International, and in 2008 the Russian subsidiary COWI A / S (Denmark) was established.
In 2016, COWI A / S formally withdrew from the Russian company, and CEST Infrastructure Consulting LLC continues its partnership with COWI Group on the basis of a long-term Cooperation Agreement.
