CEFE is a comprehensive set of training instruments using an action-oriented approach and experiential learning methods to develop and enhance the business management and personal competencies of a wide range of target groups, mostly in the context of income and employment generation and sustainable economic development.

CEFE contributes to the Millenium Development Goals by enabling lasting income generation, job creation, business growth and strengthening business service providers.

CEFE, being a training concept, is based on the assumption that welfare of societies essentially depends on its human resources - the more productive and entrepreneurial people are, the greater will be the wealth of that nation. It has evolved over the years from business start-up training approach to a far-reaching capacity development methodology, designed to evoke enterprising behavior and competence in a wide variety of situations. In doing so, CEFE includes entrepreneurial social responsibility and business integration in its environment.

 

CEFE International serves as a platform for CEFE Trainers around the world and non-CEFE people. Our objectives are:

• serve as principal platform and global network for all CEFE trainers and users;
• collect and disseminate the comprehensive CEFE knowledge, available around the world;
• enable constant development of CEFE tools;
• set rules for quality assurance;
• certify CEFE trainers at national and international level;
• bridge the gap between demand for experiential training and qualified trainers;
• facilitate, coordinate and implement projects in sustainable economic development;
• encourage regional and international cooperation and exchange.
