The Foundation "Center for Information and Resources for Development (CIRD), is a private, non-profit organization that specializes in solving complex and difficult social problems that affect the poorest and most excluded sectors of society. , seeking to generate opportunities and solutions, managerial and organizational, that are specific and adequate in terms of time and cost, to restore equity and social capital in Paraguay.
Founded in 1988, the CIRD has 30 years of experiences and accumulated good practices, which allows us to assist organizations and communities in the applications of strategic, organizational, technological or operational solutions to problems that hinder and limit the options of people of the most needy sectors. Through the provision of specialized technical assistance, in a practical and timely manner, the role of the CIRD has managed to help these organizations and communities correct their management difficulties, providing knowledge and organizational skills and specific techniques to solve practical and adaptive problems
In this context, they focus on issues that affect the overall performance of projects, when they are in difficulty or there are functional restrictions in areas of services, production, politics or technology, such as: important management or organization problems; of design, implementation, coordination or effective management of resources, or when it is intended to design or create new projects or reorient existing ones, or to replicate, expand or scale up successful projects.
