The Central African Securities Exchange (BVMAC) is a public limited company with a Board of Directors. Its share capital is distributed among brokerage firms, credit institutions, insurance companies, and other institutions and organizations or commercial companies approved by the Central African Financial Market Surveillance Commission (COSUMAF).

The creation of BVMAC is a major step towards materializing the economic potential of Central Africa, by providing local businesses and States with access to new modes of financing. Likewise, institutional investors and individual savers will be able to diversify their investments through the regional Stock Market.

The main missions assigned to BVMAC are:

  • Organization and animation of the Regional Financial Market;
  • Admission to securities listing;
  • Securities trading on the listing platform;
  • Publicity of negotiations;
  • Dissemination of stock market information;
  • Promotion of the stock market;
